Pecan Yummies Pie Crust
In a food processor combine flour, , sugar. Blend until pecans become finely chopped. Add butter and pulse until crumbs are formed. Add the egg and pulse until the dough comes together. Chill for 20 minutes or until needed. Press dough into a nine inch pie plate reserving ½ cup for crumble topping. Use with any fruit pie filling. Bake at 375 until golden brown.
